Pot Luck: March Theme: “Best Dishes of Europe”
For March we travel to Europe. I know Europe includes a variety of food styles and ingredients. I would like to draw a line around France, Ireland and up to Scandinavia down to the Poland region and back over to France. Intentionally leaving out the far eastern and southern region of Europe, since I consider those a part of the Mediterranean. This should include most of everyone’s heritage.
I know it is very diverse mixture, so I am looking forward to a great variety of flavors.
